We are not lawyers, thus we are unfortunately not able to provide legal advice over the Internet.
Where are the ads? What is the site's revenue stream?
We don't have any ads on btownscanner.com. Some of the sites we link to do contain ads, but there is no referral scheme; we don't get paid for those links. This is not a commercial web site. It's a hobbyist web site, and we don't take in any money. We spend our own funds to keep the site going. Bloominglabs is kind enough to let us host some scanner equipment there that powers a few feeds.
